As a Data Scientist at our startup, you will play a crucial role in developing AI-powered solutions for our SaaS platform and providing expert guidance to our consulting clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize machine learning models that solve complex business problems.

Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize machine learning models to power our AI SaaS platform, improving prediction accuracy and adapting to market changes
- 3-10 years of experience working with large datasets using MS Excel, SQL and designing machine learning solutions using Python/R.
- Design and implement algorithms to process and analyze large datasets efficiently
- Create data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights effectively
- Collaborate with the consulting team to provide expert advice on AI strategies and implementations for clients
- Contribute to the development of our AI consulting services by creating methodologies for data analysis and generating actionable insights
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and data science to inform strategic recommendations
- Participate in client engagements, helping to translate business challenges into data science solutions
- Publish research findings and present at conferences to contribute to the scientific community and enhance our company's reputation
Education
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
- 3+years of professional experience in core data science or machine learning
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in data science libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning techniques
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and SQL databases
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex problems into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills to effectively present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
