We are looking for askilled Senior Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform Developer with strongexperience in Microsoft Fabric to join our team. This role involves designingand developing business intelligence solutions, automating processes, andleveraging the full potential of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents) along with Microsoft Fabric tocreate scalable, efficient, and insightful data-driven applications andsolutions. You will play a critical role in driving business insights andsupporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Power BI Development & Reporting:
- Develop advanced Power BI reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights and drive business decision-making.
- Implement DAX calculations and Power Query transformations for data modeling and reporting.
- Optimize Power BI reports for performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Design efficient data models to support large-scale reporting requirements.
- Microsoft Power Platform Solutions:
- Develop custom applications using Power Apps to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate, ensuring seamless integration across systems and applications.
- Leverage Power Virtual Agents to build intelligent chatbots for automating customer interactions and internal workflows.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure.
- Microsoft Fabric Integration:
- Design and manage data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric to ingest, transform, and prepare data for analysis.
- Utilize Microsoft Fabric’s features for end-to-end data integration and orchestration across multiple environments (data lakes, data warehouses, etc.).
- Implement data governance and security measures within Microsoft Fabric to ensure data quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Power BI and Power Platform solutions within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem.
- ETL and Data Management:
- Design and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various data sources using Microsoft Fabric and other tools.
- Manage data storage and organization, ensuring data is accessible, accurate, and up-to-date for reporting and analysis.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on Power BI, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric best practices.
- Train end-users on the use of Power BI reports, Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up to date with the latest features and capabilities of Power BI, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric to continuously improve BI and automation solutions.
- Suggest and implement improvements based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
- Performance Tuning & Optimization:
- Regularly monitor the performance of Power BI reports and Power Platform solutions, implementing optimizations for better speed and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to improve the performance and accuracy of business intelligence and automation processes.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Create clear, concise documentation for Power BI reports, Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Microsoft Fabric pipelines.
- Maintain and update reports and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance with internal standards.
